Every dive centre has its own personality, just as every dive site does. But every now and then, you find somewhere special - and this is one of those places. Wake up in your diver’s dorm, wander next door to the dive centre, grab a coffee, and soak up the atmosphere as the day’s diving adventures begin.

As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre, you’ll be learning and diving alongside an experienced team whose passion for the underwater world is infectious. Whether you’re building confidence, developing new skills, or simply enjoying time beneath the surface, you’ll be in excellent hands.

The Perhentian Islands offer something for every level of diver and are especially ideal for those starting their underwater journey. Explore a spectacular pinnacle, discover half a dozen wrecks, drift over vibrant coral reefs, and keep an eye out for fascinating macro life. Best of all, every site is just a relaxed 15–25 minute boat ride from the dive centre - meaning more time in the water and less time getting there.

The Location
Explore the reefs with the dive center, trek through the jungle that covers the island, or snorkel from beach to beach. It is a green island, full of life, but no roads, no cars, and absolutely NO stress! As the sun sets, grab a seafood bbq dinner on the beach. And if you are not diving the next day, take a 10-minute walk over to Long Beach and dance barefooted in the sand till the morning arrives together with backpackers and locals alike. 

You can always grab a boat taxi to a secluded beach or do the short walk through the jungle to the famous long beach for a party, but the serenity and the all-time presence of nature in Coral Bay will always drag you back in the morning! And if you are a little fresh, then jump in the ocean for an early morning snorkel on the corner reef to maximize your luck of seeing little black reef sharks buzzing around beneath you.

Your Accommodation
If you want to stay on a budget (because you know you will be spending your days diving, hanging out on the beach and trekking through the jungle trails), the dorm accommodation is a great choice. Simple, social, and convenient, the dorm places you right at the dive centre so you’re always close to the action. While the facilities are basic and showers are cold, staying here means becoming part of the daily rhythm of island and dive life.
Guests are welcome to use the dive centre lounge area at any time - open 24/7 and often buzzing with stories, planning sessions, and post-dive conversations.

The dorm accommodation includes:
- Shared dorm-style room
- Fan cooling throughout the night
- Shared bathroom with cold-water shower
- Mosquito net provided for each bed
- Wi-Fi access

Dorm accommodation is reserved exclusively for divers. If you’re travelling with a non-diving friend or partner, alternative accommodation will need to be booked nearby.
