Koh Tao - Sairee Beach, Thailand

Freediver Course - private room (3 days / 2 nights. Incl. 0 dives)

General
If scuba diving is not for you, or if you are already a diver who wants to explore the underwater world - and yourself - without scuba equipment, you should seriously consider the PADI Freediver Course! Freediving is about inward power, discipline and control. Freediving allows you to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows. Taking the PADI Freediver course is your first step toward discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves.

During the course, you will learn about the principles of freediving through theory sessions. In the pool, you will learn breath hold techniques as well as static and apnea. The goal is to be able to hold your breath for 90 seconds in the pool and swim 25 metres (horizontally). It sounds like a lot, but with the right technique, you might find that it comes easier to you than you might think.

In the ocean, you will practice free immersion and constant weight freedives plus proper buddy procedures. The goal is to have you freedive comfortably to a depth of 10 to 16 meters.

Taking the PADI Freediver Course on Koh Tao, will provide you the perfect setting. The ocean is warm, the island is beautiful, the vibe is fantastic, and the dive center is highly professional. We guarantee you a good experience!
